The colored pairs are numbered from 13 to 20, beginning at the 12:00 position and proceeding clockwise to the 10:30 position. They proceed from the pair which is closest in tone to the pair which is most contrasted in tone. Starting at the top:

13 red green

14 yellow purple

15 yellow-orange blue-violet

16 orange blue

17 green red

18 purple yellow

19 blue-violet yellow-orange

20 blue orange
